Further to our previous news below we have more superb footage from our new Canon Dslr's and glidetrack. Taken in Cornwall with footage from the Helford River, made famous by Daphne Du Maurier and Frenchmans Creek!. We love the quality these cameras produce.

We have been purchasing some new equipment to make our wedding films even better!, including a steadicam device for those beautiful flowing shots and a glidetrack shooter for some very realistic tracking shots which can be viewed in our sequence below filmed at Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire.

We are also very excited to be experimenting with the new Dslr technology from Canon which gives a very filmic look and are looking at incorporating these cameras into our future wedding films alongside our other equipment.

We hope you enjoy the clip below showing our work using our glidetrack shooter and Canon 7D Dslr's.

IOV Award Winner 2008—Best Wedding Day Film

We attended the awards ceremony at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry in October 2008 after being shortlisted for our wedding entry, 'Richard & Naomi'. We walked away with another award in the largest UK-based competition hosted by the IOV (Institute of Professional Videographers). The competition attracts the very best within the industry throughout the whole of the UK, and is highly competitive.

We were extremely proud to have been placed first for our entry, 'Picture This', winning one of the most prestigious prizes within the industry. The clip is a romantic love poem. It is a great honour to be acknowledged for our creative and artistic approach to filming and editing.   

Wedding TV's Wedding Film of the Year 2008

Hundreds of wedding videographers throughout the UK submitted their work for Wedding TV's 'Wedding Film Of The Year 2008', and Wedding TV hosted a series dedicated to the very best within the industry on sky television. Entrants were shortlisted to fifteen, and then the final five. The final five were to attend the awards ceremony in London.

We attended the awards ceremony at Claridges, London, in February 2008 and were voted as Grand Finalists after impressing the judges with our entry 'Silvia & Salv'
